The "cloning" thing is probably just an illusion as well. Open portals for fallen angels probably don't need a "dna match" to be accomplished on that basis they would just be a generic clone (if that's actually what is going on).

Those subconscious entities (and other entities) are always there you just can't see them without the Holy Spirit on that basis they don't necessarily need to have a body to host them they can just make it appear as though they do.
