Best olive oil I've been able to find commercially: "California Olive Ranch".

It's California Olive Oil Council certified. It also passes the refrigerator test (not 100% guaranteed) but it tends to solidify at fridge temperatures. Adulterated oil generally stays fully liquid.

I keep food and eating simple. If you eat fruit you do not have to take supplements. I buy only organic fruits. That way I have enough good health so when I eat out it is ok. I still try to go healthy when I eat out and order off the salad section. I am never sick, never have flues (30 years no flu). I do make my own juices. I always buy Organic.

speak for yourself, I grow most of my own food, because I love good food - and you are only fooling yourself, if you think you can buy it in a store, or that it is difficult or time consuming to grow ... if anything gardening is therapeutic

I assure you, when you grow your own food - you appreciate it, you make sure it gets the nutrients that it needs, so that it will produce the food that has the nutrients YOU need

where there is a will, there is a way ... I have grown "vertical gardens" on patios, in apartment building ... don't tell me you don't have the space to grow your own salad fixings - if eating good food is your priority, you will find a way to grow it yourself.


if you are = what you eat (physically) why would you eat Genetically Modified food ? filled with additives, supplements and preservatives ... and esp "high fructose corn syrup" ... why would you eat a cloned animal, grown in a feedlot/pen, that never sees the sun - why would you consume its misery and suffering - and of your own free will become a GMO ? when you have the choice to be the perfection of Nature, personified?

Look up where China got caught selling plastic as rice about a year ago. I don't even trust the fruits and vegetables after seeing where they were trying to introduce pig DNA to oranges for longer life of the fruit! No telling what they came up with.
