Listening to Putin speak, makes me view our elected 'leaders' as imbeciles. I wonder if the rest of Russian politicians are as elegant?

Another thing. Putin has been in power since 1999 or thereabout. His appearance does not look like the mantle of power has aged him that much. Compare his appearance after 15+ years to our presidents after only 4 years. Striking difference.

I wonder what causes that rapid aging? Being dishonest? Selling your soul? Being a pawn?
