No they do not and they are not even close. They have some control and a lot of influence, but they are lacking the domination that they absolutely require and will do anything to achieve. Common working people today have homes, either rented or mortgaged and cars and possessions and take vacations and have retirement accounts and a whole lot of stuff. All of these things require money to be passed down to the various levels that these people exist at, and those monies, those "costs of doing business" are something that the rulers of all nations simple HATE to have to pass along to us to keep the ball rolling. They would much rather keep all of those assets in their own pockets and somehow keep the working idiots (their opinions, not mine) living outdoors somewhere and subsisting on diets of a thin potato or turnip soup and perhaps a crust of moldy bread for each of us every day. This reality has been proven to be true in every society from the ancient Babylonians through the Egyptians, the Romans and the epitome of greed, the National Socialists of Germany in the 1930's and 40's.

No they do not have total control yet but they want it because greed is even deadlier, far deadlier than lust. Lust just compels you to fuck them. Greed allows you to murder them, and they grow greedier and greedier by the day.
