How to be a good businessman like le Trump

pretty simple. 2 businessmen meet and make a deal, and they both want to walk away happy. the trick to being a good businessman is getting everyone to walk away happy while you give them the shorter end of the stick (=profit)

doing this means you make friends AND profits. theres no harm in being concietful or selfish (its an advantage) if the deal gets made in the end.

so its the DEAL you learn to break. peddle that deal, keep building that pressure, until the deal is broken and you can walk away with more than you started with.

I know of one prolific businessman, his name is Donald Trump. I love the name, its almost got a cartoony ring to it, he he. so anyway, this guy - he's breaking a deal, and on live television if you would believe it!!!! now, if he would just let me read the fineprint...
