Where is the money going so far? I have only seen anti-trump ads from brown-panties. Is he waiting to blow his wad in the last month or what?

I don't know much of anything about him but intend to,do,a little research.

Do you know how he made his money for the most part?

Trump does need some TV and radio ads. Also needs to reach out to communities the way Democrats do. Such as passing out ball point pens labelled "Trump" in bowling alleys on league nights. Calling registered voters and making sure they have a ride to the polls.

I don't know but it seems to all be going to the Republican Party for those on down the line, senators and congressmen and such.

I know they are important and we don't want to lose control of congress but I would like to see some ads, too, against Hillary.

There is one playing here that ends with India approving of her because she is saying all the jobs can still be outsourced.

But we need more. They may not play in my area as we are soundly Red State. The state's that are contested will get more but seems now would be a good time to me.

And he called into CNBC to announce his support on his own. Maybe he will be good to fundraiser among the rich.

I sure hope so. Trump seems so stingy with buying ads! He wants free TV time.

This would be a great trait to have as a President but wish he would spend a little dough to get there.

As a rule Dems usually have a better ground game. That needs to change. Rides to the polls really matter to older people for whom driving to a crowded voting place and trying to park might make a difference in them even showing up. Mothers with several young kids would appreciate a ride with somebody who'd watch the kids in the van while she votes. Also voters with disabilities.

Dems have volunteers with vans who are available to do this. They have people who call registered voters of their party and ask if they need a ride or know someone who does. Then closer to election, they map out routes to pick people up, call them back and set a time frame in which they'll be there, getting a commitment from the voter to turn out on election day.

TRUMP PEOPLE I HOPE YOU TAKE THIS TO HEART---MOST REPUBLICANS WOULD NEVER THINK OF DOING THINGS LIKE THIS. DEMOCRATS DO, at least they did in the campaigns I worked on

I agree that he is not the richest but thought it best to copy the title of the article exactly.

Not sure what they are basing the "top" part on but obviously not solely net worth.

Gates and Buffet took that vow of poverty thing to dispense all their wealth on various philanthropic endeavors.

But, yes, those have more in net worth so not sure what the word top means in this case.


He is supposed to have a lot of,cash on hand at the moment from the sell of stock.


I just hope he will bring in a great deal of,cash as Trump is proving to be very frugal.

Yes, do you remember the election a few years back where they cut the tires on some vans Republicans were planning to use to take people to the polls? That proved it was important to even bother to do that.

Even though Top Billionaire was the title of the article, I edited it to One of Americans Top Billionaires because you are right, he is not,THE top one. At least, not based on just wealth.

It is not how much greater is their billions but where their care is.
Where their plans are.
Where their heart is.

If it is in their own home and nation then they are much the worthier.
If their plans are for down to earth practical productive things then they are of much worth.

A little goes a long way even when there is so very much more all along the way.
It gets there where maybe all the other is not at all.

So that one who is near and acomidating is better than thousands a far.
That one is the greatest unto all it was there for or with.

He is great.

I realize tv is expensive, but Trump could get some radio ads going pretty soon.

Another thing Republicans don't do enough of is door knocking and talking to people. They need to select suburban neighborhoods in swing states and get going. Maybe not knock on doors everywhere, but hang a brochure on doorknob. Talk to people who are out washing the car, walking their dog. Democrats always do this. (Volunteers will go out & do it for free, but providing coffee or bottled water is nice.)

Note: Republican Party in Franklin Co., Ohio used to be run by a bunch very much like the snotty NeverTrumpers. If there are any of them still around, you others need to pay heed to this.

If Trump doesn't at least get some radio ads running pretty soon, the undecided sheeple will believe the phony poll numbers!

This election might be even nastier in some areas. They'll have to maintain tight security of computers, written schedules, etc. And be careful not to talk about their campaign strategies/plans outside their ranks.
