You know, I did watch that video and I very highly doubt it's a real murder. I understand CERN is or was trying to open a portal to the moon.

So the actual techniques to get your psi going. I have mine. Don't like techniques some share with me, its supposed to be natural and to do with positive, Love, God/Highest Mind Goodness and its all here.

Intention. Saying you are taking your empowerment back and healing your DNA, asking for God/Goodness/Hero's to assist, Michael for example. Dad. Asking to see with your insight, to turn on all those switches. Claiming them as well. That you are sovereign and will not be harmed by those who enslave us. That you are free and higher mind. Then sit quietly in nature, bird song, running waters.

Go within.

I was born a communicator and sensed the councils marking our grades, met Higher Self as a preschooler after seeing napalmed babies and vietnam on the news who told me I chose to come (and I understand that it was to help and that I already knew earth test things, such as Love and Kindness, Compassion for others, Mother and Father's metaphoric energies, Equality and Freedom had to be wedded. I have been guided all my life though left in some situations I don't like, but don't care. Care about the people, we're not all that important, those in need are. Love is The Other always.

I have a pineal that works despite all their toxins.

I don't force it or push it. Just achieve zen mind, ie mindlessness, thoughtlessness, and then put your hands in running water. Doing dishes helps, the rhythm and mindlessness then the water.

Or nature, woods, trees, birds.

Binaurals and anything that is like a purring, a cats purrs helps.

Go with the flow and choose humor, lighten people's moods up, choose to be a peacemaker during disagreements.

When your love is strong, no matter what the outer appearance of your life is, and you are seeking, not to be powerful or visible, but just to help whatever way you can, YOU AWAKEN INSIDE, your pineal or cell phone dials Higher Self.

Selfishness is the disconnect.

I don't believe in techniques, but the natural way, with the people around you the fine tuning of your spirit, and nature and earth the living library with many healing tools.

Its intent and also faith in Goodness.

Psi isn't 100% and the minute you try to force it or get awareness of what you're doing as opposed to zen mind, you disconnect. That is why it is actually hard to test for or prove. Performance anxiety nixxes your psi.

You're just supposed to shelf all that and use it, and raise your frequency and start to see if you pick others up in the field. For example, do you know when the phone will ring and who is on it?

That you have a message before turning on the computer?

Can you vibe on friends strongly and then find out that is when they were doing something important or trying to phone you?

There are so many ways to practice, use intent and faith. And love and kindness and high frequency. Meditate in nature and do lots of dishes.

Now again, just having people, join up in intention raises the "theta spike" if that is what you call it. Not months of trying techniques. Just doing it, joining in, that is how psi people are especially if they drop their beliefs and programming for a moment.

Action steps, just do it.

And want to add, my meditation threads never get too many hits. Most people are hard to get going on this.
