Ways in Which Wal-Mart lets it's customers down.

A List from the Inside:

1. There is no associate in Hardware, Pets, Toys, Cosmetics or Over the Counter Pharmacy most of the time.

2. There are only 5 cashiers on duty on a Friday Night.

3. Management is too busy to take care of customers.

4. There is no cart pusher for carry outs.

5. The girls in apparel never get to zoning and the departments are trashed beyond all rational belief.

6. The associates aren't well supported and are trying to make do without the proper tools to do their job and with a skeleton crew.

7. Department Managers aren't held to standards and entire departments are not set according to modular instructions. Management is overworked and doesn't have time to be on the floor to do anything about the problem.

8. Training is very poor to non-existent for associates. You find things out by screwing up first. It is all trial and error-with a lot of error. Management doesn't take time to train associates.
