I hope things get better for you and that you feel better.
One small tip that most people don't realize is that sunshine is helpful. It actually clears out the cobwebs in our electrical field and tends to set things back in the right direction.
It is actually very beneficial to our health to get regular sunshine, unlike what our media tells us.
