Man named MoHamMud accused of sexually assaulting two women in Downtown Memphis

A man police say raped a woman and sexually assaulted another in a Downtown Memphis nightclub is behind bars.

Mohammed Bin Obaid, 20, is charged with rape and sexual battery.

On Saturday, Memphis Police were called to a nightclub in the 100 block of Lt. Gorge W. Lee. When officers arrived two female victims’ ages 23 and 25 said they were sexually assaulted while inside the club.

Nightclub security detained Bin Obaid after the victims identified him as their attacker.
