Blue cross/blue shield of MN (the largest health insurer in Minnesota) sent me a letter that they will no longer be insuring me as of the first day of 2017.

They will not be insuring any individual or family unless it's thru a business.

I've been paying for my own policy for many years...in the last 2 years my premiums have more than doubled (thanks obama).

Now BCBS is giving up...they will no longer issue any policies unless it's thru work (thanks again obama)!

If you are a British Citizen all doctors visits, surgical operations and anything else is to do with medicine is free; prescriptions for medication is £8 in England, and free in Wales and Scotland.

The way we do it? Value Added Tax (VAT) is added to any product a citizen buys. Actually, you don't even notice it because the tax is so very low... except on cigarettes.
