"Preparation for Martial Law" seems to me like it's way to obvious and not in line with how military documents are presented. You'd expect them to use code words for something so sinister (e.g. Jade Helm).

Yeah man, nobody except the Department of Defense can post a DoD logo on the top of a Microsoft Excel document. Nobody except the military can do that. I mean, it's not like DoD documents and the DoD logo and letterhead information are all over the web or anything, easy to find, copy and paste. Nope, there's no way this uber top secret document, with no top secret classification markings, was created out of thin air by a bored high school kid. It's 100% real and convincing.
