Is there Any provision in the US Constitution for Martial Law? I don't think so. If not, to order the troops to instigate it would be unlawful.

1- Some apparent miltary folks on red site are claiming typos on official documents are not really uncommon.

2- it's at least plausible that an EO with wide-reaching effects might require some preliminary bill for funding or groundwork/infrastructure.

A "Bill" has to be submitted and voted upon by the senate and HOR. After the "Bill" is voted into law, it becomes an "Act." An executive order is a different thing altogether. You would not see the word "Bill" in the title of an executive order.

Hope you are correct. This is what I received from a friend when I sent him this ML memo. He could not identify it as legit but he had another concern:

But wouldn't martial law be declared immediately? Why training 1 month later? They could have been training for martial law all along.

Chicago has upped their training in regards to martial law, for the past several months. Unbeknownst to the general public, but ere have been subte excercises such as shitting down lakeshore drive through the use of active patrol cars sweeping the roadways. A steady stream of polic cars for years, each one spaced by an exact time & distance.

They are preparing and it will be in the name of race and chaos, and see officers I'll not realize they're carrying out th globalist true and most devastating offensive on U.S. soil, ever.

Someone posted this somewhere else stating get they had just received that. Someone who actually served at Fort Carson claims that the numbers stated on the doc are not possible. We asked for credential and he presented them.

Don't know if this has been mentioned yet, but the 1st Infantry Brigade Combat team is not part of the 4th Infantry Division. They are in Fort Riley Kansas.

It is the 2nd Infantry Brigade Combat team that is at Fort Carson. It could be a typo or something.
