I told people years ago not to fall for the ruse of Medical Marijuana. I told them that they were waving their 4th and 5th amendment rights by going on a state list. I told them that that list negated the need for a warrant as the PTB would have probable cause, due to their own admission of committing a felony. That once all the ducks were in a row, doors would begin being kicked in, firearms confiscated and charges filed. I told them but they laughed and told me that I was nuts.
