Well since this is 'official advice' then those of you with a brian will know exactly the opposite is true.
Eat plenty of saturated fats. Eat plenty of sea salts. Make sure you have plenty of cholesterol. Avoid all toxic nutrient free vegetable. Avoid Meditation and yoga as they promote blood clots due to long term compression of the extremities.
Cardiovascular disease is cause by not doing the above.
