Being vegan almost killed me It has taken years trying to overcome the damage Here's an article that outlines why it's great short term for cleansing but not long term nourishing . [ link to www.doctor-natasha.com] I went vegan for 3 months after having a heart attack. Felt great for the first 3 months but then my hormones went haywire, I developed horrible food sensitivities and also developed irritable bowl syndrome. Not worth it folks. Just keep eating an omnivorous diet, it's what we're meant to eat.
