Normal Points of Distribution from Refineries to the Fuel Terminals and Gas Stations should not be so far apart.

There are Northern and Eastern Refineries That get Crude by Rail Lines and Freighters, Refined Gasoline should not have to be pumped for such a great distance for so many people.

Truck Tankers or Rail tankers should be able to deliver fuel to terminals and distribution Points within at least four to five hundred miles of where they get delivered, usually even much closer.

Just as the Story about one Cable Cut in Arizona shutting off communications for a overly large area, something does not add up here.

If the Pipeline that is no longer Delivering GASOLINE, this should not affect the Delivery of Diesel Fuel.

And Again, there should be Refineries, Fuel Terminals within a few hours, Six hours at max distance that should be able to deliver both Gasoline and Diesel Fuel to Everywhere in America regardless of One Pipeline being "down"

50,000,000 PEOPLE SUPPLY OF GAS
900k barrels a day of gasoline = 37,800,000 Gallons of Gasoline

if you divide the 50 Million People by the 37.8 Million Gallons of Gas it
come out to 1.32 Gallons of Gas used per person a day.

This Story Stinks badly. The Glut/Oversupply of Gas in America just Spilled out
and the Corporate controlled Media was all but mute on the Spill.

The Whole Distance, Supply/Demand over time thing does not add up. With all the Refineries and Fuel Terminals that Get their Supply from other Sources there should be NO Shortage.

America is at a 40 plus year historic Low use of Gasoline, Because of the number of people that do not have JOBS.

They'd rather throw the fuel away than let you have it at a lower price.
