Like every other day of the week, your 'smart'phone wakes you at the exact designated time.
It would be nice to sleep in, but you know that damn alarm is going to get louder and you can't afford another penalty this month for 'snoozing'

After the usual morning urine test, 5min warm(ish) highly chlorinated/fluoridated shower,
laser tooth whitening, etc...you quickly have your 3D printed 'well-balanced' pre-assigned 'breakfast' and you're off to work...
Can't keep the botcar waiting, those fines can cost an arm and a leg, but at least the traffic jams are tolerable now that human drivers are prohibited.

You barely have time to sit in your assigned seat when you get your first alert.
