Grumpier, I know there are much more pressing matters you are interceding for, like those with requests for healing for terminal illness and the looming worldwide pandemic, so please feel free to scroll past my request if you're feeling drained or are too busy. God is using you for His purposes, and I'm thankful for what you allow Him to do through you.

My life is a complete catastrophe. I've had thoughts of death. Not suicide... I wouldn't end my life. But there have been moments I prayed and asked God to take me home, to end the struggle. I prayed about it more, and I feel that I have some fight left in me. I asked Him for strength and wisdom, and that His will be done in and through my life.

I'm 5 months pregnant. Went through a 2 year-long divorce after an abusive marriage, lost my home, lost my car, lost my job. I have a new job making 1/4 of what I used to, but it isn't enough to make ends meet. I've been trying to find a new position, but I haven't had success yet. My current contract ends at the end of February. My new husband works in sales, and he hasn't been able to make it work lately. I do believe that he has been trying very hard. Thankfully, we were able to move in with my parents, but my mother is mentally ill, and both of my parents have made it clear that they do not want us in their home. It is not a positive situation for anyone. Weighing heavily on me, I have a 4 year-old daughter from my previous marriage. Her father, absent for several years, is moving back to town in the spring, and wants to take custody. He was abusive to me and I am crippled with anxiety that he may be granted some form of custody. I feel like I've lost everything else, so my daughter, my reason for living, my light in the darkness, may be next.

All of this is a result of poor decisions I have made, and I take full ownership of my circumstances... but I am a failure. I used to earn low 6 figures. Now, I work 60 hours a week yet cannot provide a home for my family. I feel like every positive move I try to make is thwarted. I pray and pray, but I don't feel God's presence or guidance. I think He is punishing me and that I've disappointed Him. I feel lost in hopelessness.

I know that I need God's help. I'm asking Him to open the right doors, and to provide for my family. If this is a valley that He has ordained for me to walk through, I ask that He give me the strength to press on and trust Him.

Thank you for your time and for all that you do for the good of those who love the Lord. It must be a heavy burden.

I believe that maybe this is the true purpose of grumpier, to see if there are others willing to suffer for there fellow man, women not just heroes like grumpier why have i not hear or seen others in support of this idea, especially those that have benifited from grumpiers good works and good faith. Thanks so much. I request healing for my persistent atrial fibrillation. My pulse rate is regularly (throughout the day) as high as 179 beats per minute. Trying natural remedies but no improvement yet.

I'm a long time GLPer, but this thread only "discovered me" yesterday - very glad it did.

The above quoted post is mine, which I posted after reading the first 10+ pages of this thread, and the latest 10+ pages. I hadn't yet read about the healing facility described on page 86 (and clarified on page 92). Now that I'm aware of that healing facility and it's comprehensive nature, I'd like to request more comprehensive healing assistance.

First and foremost I request healing for my atrial fibrillation (AFIB) as mentioned above since this is the most serious health issue I have. This condition started last summer. I turn 69 this month.

I also request healing for my deteriorating eyesight, which seems to have paralleled the AFIB condition.

I also request a comprehensive physical health tuneup that will improve/heal any weak areas or problems that may be unknown to me at this time. To feel and be younger healthwise.

I also request an improvement in my conscious intuitive abilities, and my meditation practice.

(P.S. It's possible I did visit the healing facility last night as I remember having an intense dream period. Can't remember any details, but I rarely even remember that I did any dreaming. Hopefully multiple visits to the healing facility are allowed!)
