IT HURT 'cause the nose caught the impact & was spread out-
but you know what has to get done which also HURTS-pinch it & try to reposition it--worked,iced it till it shut up/calmed down by half--today lookin better still w/2 black eyes.
thanks gawd i am missing teeth and dentures--they would have caused more injury.

Yikes! That sounds awful. I'm glad you didn't end up in the hospital. I'm keeping you in my prayers.

I'm not surprised you're tired. Along with having so many challenges to deal with on a daily basis in your own life...there seems to be an engineered epidemic of extreme fatigue right now that many people are experiencing. It's wearing us down...which is what "they" want it to do. We all need massive infusions of energy.

this weariness truly seems like an outside "source"--its unreal....i feel like i'm wearin cement shoes & walking under water.
well,like everything,it will pass. fighting w/it leads to aggravation for me which then makes me more tired LOL
i am keeping active,walking etc discovered asian way of arm swinging-Qi gong- but
i need to visit that healing bench.

ho hoooo.....years ago the PAIN was intolerable popping etc,& as i do have a history of ruptured ear drums--that crap is UNREAL,went to be seen by an ENT guy & he easily states"TMJ" & proves it by a placement of his hands--omg i wanted to kick his @rse-extremE pain--then he furthered the problem by feeling/listening w/the stethescope & says arthritis,can hear the bone to bone--& to try & keep it quiet,basics like motrin,acetominiphen-application heat & cold--so i found out wth that was about-was again confirmed via a routine dental visit w/xrays-but the inner ear fluid problems were also explained being due to the TMJ/crappy alignment causing the build up--i found on utube,motivational doc/alan mandell,chiropractor-who does not sell a thing-gives instructional videos -of course WITH DISCLAIMER-and has good reviews- when u have the time,check him & the reviews out....& be careful w/the balance situation.

Hi all.. ive been ok.. very busy at times.. past winter was rough.. i put in many extra hours at work, they have worked us short handed almost 2 years now.. i took a short vacation down to alabama in april.. i would move there if i had the means to do so.. ive been hanging out on the sidelines, staying away from the dramas..trying to catch up and get my garden ready, i got a good start on my beds a few weeks ago and plan to have foods growing soon..

Good to hear you are OK. Yes gardening is important. Here we will have a potato patch and some vegetables, just a few. Reading up on gardening on small spaces, it is different than doing large gardens. It is still cold here.

Just want to say thank you to Source for all the love and help, so much of it so undeserved.

If we can just remember who and what we are and where we have come from then there is hope.

Hi Northlights..buckets work well for small spaces..ive even seen people fill sandbags with dirt and grow pepper plants. best thing about those type is they can be moved around.. i used to grow beans in buckets, it makes picking easy because i put them on a table and could stand up instead of bending over. its still a little cold here too.

Here standard stackable crates (originally for EPAL transport pallets) are very popular to grow in, you can even use them on a balcony high up when you use some watertight bottom plate. The season is so short that peppers must be grown for half a year indoors before planting them out, so some sorts of lettuce and young kale and peas and summer carrots and radishes are more realistic to grow. There are lesser known herbs and leafy plants that are interesting too, leaves you can harvest every day
