To be more specific:

I became depersonalized after stopping several addictions cold turkey months ago. Since then i'm totally disconnected from everything, my higher self, my body, nature, people, my family. There is a lingering anxiety now that wont go away from what i assume to be childhood unsolved trauma and suffer from killing insomnia. Help me reconnect with my consciousness, awakening which is what i always wanted but some bad habits were always in the way. I want to devote myself as a spiritual teacher, warrior but so many things from my ego are in the way and yet that's my life's goal.My potential is there inside but locked up by some mental illusory constructs.

Please help also my mother which is a great woman but always depressed and under ssris which are killing her. At least ease her burden so she can find happiness and light in her daily life.
