ok, thank you, got it ,very emotional, not empathetic, or grounded. need to go into the woods and cry and try to be happy about my current state. dont try to be perfect, love myself as is. and Micheal will help out here and there.
hmm..tell a broken person to love himself ..is this not like telling a person that asks for a drink cause hes thirsty as he hands you a cup with holes in it...'just tell to get over being thirsty.'
