Just popping by to say hello to all.  Yendor - how's the garden? I hope your harvest is abundant! I've taken up canning and dehydrating when my energy allows it.  Much love to you all! Thanks for the info Grumpier!  Nice to hear from you, Akasuzanne. I'm also canning/preserving as much as my limited energy allows...finally graduated from hot water bath canning up to also using a pressure canner. Thank goodness for youtube videos and a knowledgeable sister I can call to walk me through it. This seems like a good year to stock the pantry as full as possible.  KH
