No fly list is common sense.
Stop and frisk is profiling, which needs to be done that way or you get another TSA groping old ladies and children.

The people on the list have not been charged with a crime. Their rights cannot be taken away. Now, if a foreigner is on that list, it's different. They are not American. They do not have rights under our constitution. Stop and frisk is a violation of our 4th amendment. I do not care if they implement this is a majority black community and they scream profiling and racism...the point is, it shouldn't be put in action in the first place. Very disturbing. Constitution has nothing to do with it, you can't even take a pair of finger nail clippers on a plane now. What's the Constitution say about that? When did everyone become so concerned about the results of decades of brainwashing? The NWO has the situation under control citizen, move along.
