Some of those League players are making 6 figures a year. In Korea some of them are rock star status. At first it's kind of strange to consider; but then you realize that the majority of them start out as teens and are closing well over $100,000 a year. Plus if you actually play the game and then watch these guys in action. You'll start to respect their abilities. It's not all sunshine and rainbows; they have to move out and go into a gaming house for a team away from their friends and family. And then they usually have to grind many hours out of play time and strategics. Also they have to make time for their sponsors and stream for their fans. |
