To sum up the charge:

1. The Clinton administration begins exploring lifting the Cuban embargo
2. European hotels discuss with Trump hotels the future possibilities in Cuba
3. An outside consulting firm goes to Cuba on an exploratory mission
4. Trump Hotels afterwards pays them (reimburses? consulting fee?)
5. Trump concludes the embargo should not be lifted as long as Castro is in power - even though he could have made money building hotels there, and goes as far as writing an op-ed on the topic.

Clintonian Conclusion:
Cuban Americans should hate Trump for this and never vote for him.
They should love Clinton for seeking to open Cuba with Castro being in power - and (guess what?) currently support Obama's kissing up to Castro (who's still in power).
