As far as losing respect for the USA. This goes back to the evergreen hotel incident in Davao 14 years ago. I was in the middle of it and was detained by duterte in Davao over it. He has never been close to him.

He obviously loves the country and its citizens even more. He is only doing what he feels is necessary to rid the country of criminals and corruption to make it a better place for generations to come. It may not be the methods the west approves of, so they need to mind their own business and let our country stand or fall on its own. I agree America and Obama can go to hell since their policies and past atrocities in our country have caused much pain and division in our country.
