Yeah it's been investigated, thrown out of court and refiled this month with the big wig attorney and Hillary Clinton donor who represented Casey Anthony, but he's not even licensed to practice law in New Jersey.

The case was refiled to create rumor and will no doubt be withdrawn after the election.
