Anyone good surgeon you can think of, that does work in reconstructive facial surgery, in the U.S.A.?

Back in the day, my friend's friend wanted to fight me, I wouldn't. Not until he sucker punched me, and then kicked me in the face and chest/back, a few times, before I got up.

I was ready to fight then, he pussed out. I drove home, woke parents, told them I was bleeding too bad to drive myself to go to the hospital, so I had my dad take me.

I was still high off smoking cannabis, so I didn't feel super bad, just needed to stop the bleeding somehow and heal up, from him getting a few in on me while I was on my way out to my car.

I have a broken nose in three places, I have a broken right orbital and cheek bone, and I have a carbon-fiber plate with titanium micro-screws, holding my face together preventing cracking of my skull, the doctors told me.

Obviously now I am older, and thinking it would be nice to look the way I was intended to look, maybe there's someone with a 3d laser scanner, that can image my face, construct implants that give my cheek bone a little more height, and my nose fixed/straightened, at the least.

I'd appreciate anyone that you know of that does good work, I'm willing to travel/visit and stay in hospital or hotel/motel, where they are located.
