My eyes are burning lying here in the dark with the laptop. I feel jittery and don't have a drop of sleep in my veins at the moment. Later on, I will try to take some magnesium and catch a nap. Gonna need it.

Lots are feeling this way, including the elderly (I work with them.)

There are many natural ways to combat this. Essential oils, teas, etc. Do something for YOU for a small amount of time and re-balance. Pray or whatever you need to do.

If you do not take care of you, who will. ;) Hang in there. We seem to all be here for a reason, and best to care for ourselves during this especially difficult time.
