incised clean wounds can be sutured together -heal nicely - linear scar

if the wound has been opened too long , with many germs breeding on the raw surface - infection can brew and pus busts the stitches

gaping wide wounds , infected wounds teeming with manky self serving germs need debrided of slough ( dead tissue ) with regular immersion in purifying salty water

and left to heal by primary intention- ie the wounds slowly healing from the edges inwards
with regular debridement of any remaining slough

antibiotics help to kill off the resilient germs , the ones who mutate to stay alive
those germs might be termed 'antibiotic resistant ' - superbugs

the gaping wound caused by the globalist agenda will need time to heal lest the pus of superbug corruption destroy your suturing , your hard work

therefore
don't rush to close the wound until that wound is clean

that's my best advice on healing

but that process has started today and I am so happy for you americans
so happy that your tissue is rejecting the superbugs and mounting an immune response to overcome the infection of globalism
