And according to the establishment, no crimes were committed...correct? If they pardon, which crimes will they pardon? That witch has more than one skeleton rattling in the closet. So whats it going to be? Trumps got this... Maybe Comey isn't that dense... Blackadder: Baldrick, how did you manage to find a turnip that cost £400 000? Baldrick: Well, I had to haggle. |

That's a libtard myth Ok. Educate me and show me the charges against Nixon. AFAIK, there was only an ongoing investigation and even that came to a halt when the pardon was issued. Here's Gerald Ford's proclamation on Nixon's pardon: [link to www.presidency.ucsb.edu] "As a result of certain acts or omissions occurring before his resignation from the Office of President, Richard Nixon has become liable to possible indictment and trial for offenses against the United States. Whether or not he shall be so prosecuted depends on findings of the appropriate grand jury and on the discretion of the authorized prosecutor. Should an indictment ensue, the accused shall then be entitled to a fair trial by an impartial jury, as guaranteed to every individual by the Constitution. ... Now, Therefore, I, Gerald R. Ford, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974." Quoting: BOOM! As President Obama runs out the clock on his eight-year tenure, analysts say, he still has plenty of business left undone, and they expect him to follow the lead of other presidents and issue a series of rules, to add to his list of executive orders, to continue his record-setting pace of commutations and perhaps add a controversial pardon or two into the mix. [link to www.washingtontimes.com] He can't pardon her yet. She has to first be indicted. |

Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70735973 It would have to be some kind of ridiculous "blanket" pardon to cover any kind of charges. I doubt any charges will be filed until after Obama is out, if any filed at all. You sound like someone 6 hours ago exclaiming... I doubt Trump will win ;) But yes I agree there would have to be a blanket pardon, which doesn't exist, and besides, there are no blankets big enough in this case. Wait until inauguration, I'm quite confident the fun begins from there. Last Edited by Rest on 11/09/2016 07:08 AM For my yoke is easy and my burden is light |

We have entered the well identified time of the 'LAST TRUMP'. The hand of time has placed Trump on the clock to identify that TRUTH is come again, TRUTH is returning. This will only get better after the LOVE of mammon is stripped from the soulish nature of mankind. This stripping away of the LOVE for mammon will hurt but it will expose the NEW THING. That is 'working' TRUTH versus 'not working' LIES, feed to the sheeple as truth. The end of the 'last days of REST/Noah' is at hand. It is time to pick 'up ones lazy ass, get off the couch and go to WORK. Man-kind will not accept 'WORK' willingly ...and for this reason MAMMON will be stripped from them to show them that they do LOVE mammon/money. |

This whole concept that you get a permanent waiver of prosecution is insane. At some point if new evidence comes up you should still be held responsible for your crimes. It would require changing the Constitution though. Last Edited by TexasPaleo on 11/09/2016 09:51 AM |

You heard Trumps own words last night opening the door to her just slipping away into the night. BUT, she may see charges on the Clinton foundation. That's a whole different ballgame.. And IMO those won't happen until Obama is long gone. IE NO pardon.... Hope stays alive......... |

So, if the NYPD bring charges of child pornography or the like against her, then Obama's pardon would avail her nothing. Here's hoping NY state follows through on this. |
