Is it a drought or just way more industry, homes and people using and drinking more water?
Quoting: TheToolMan Or could it be weather modification?? Do you all see a lot of chemtrail spraying in that area? Here in Tn, a lack of spraying usually results in hot, sunny days. Even in the dead of winter. As soon as spraying starts a cold front blows in and back to rain/cold weather as usual. I've noticed that also. Were screwed.
