LAPD and most CA LE stopped playing immigration cops 30 years ago. There was a time when they would detain illegals for INS But then the feds refused to pay for the cost of detention. This regarded just immigration status not criminal arrests. It's not treason, it's not arrestable. Drive by any building site, road construction area....brown faces doing the hard work.
