Yeah, I am starting to think kids will not go back either. Maybe colleges and unis because they are old enough to understand how they need to keep distance but that is not so easy for little kids at recess or whatever. I really see the benefit in buying a whole bunch of acres outside of a moderately sized city, custom building a home, and staying the hell away from ppl. I was never one to want to live in a place like NYC anyway. I have a property in mind, not sure if it is still for sale. Merit and I came across it sometime last year and I fell in love. A place like that is calling my name.
