[ link to nypost.com (secure)] Supposedly Lil Kim Jong Un is dead. We will see. Maybe the surgeon did him in on purpose. Clever way to eliminate a problematic leader, if so. I think he was just super unhealthy and obviously a glutton who did himself in. Some say the surgeon was so nervous and hands were shaking n fucked up the surgery. That's karma... making your ppl live in such fear that the best surgeon had panic attack and botched the leader's heart surgery.
