Had to share this because this is awesome. I saw this in the Daily Mail while having my morning coffee--the awesome laser the US Navy is showing off. Somehow I dont think our navy is concerned about a few countries talking shit.   [ link to www.dailymail.co.uk (secure)] Lasers could be the answer to hypersonic missiles. I definitely dont know enough about weapon tech to even discuss that but I really do not believe America is concerned about any so called threats from countries like Iran, Venezuela, Russia or even China. Every thing Russia makes falls apart anyway.
