I was just posting in a thread about HBO removing Gone With the Wind and putting it back after they censor it. This is NUTS! Now we are going to pretend the Old South never existed? Screw that. I have always loved southern Belles, the Antebellum period, the Old South and plantations since I was a kid. I love visiting them. As I said in that thread, yeah, there's a dark history but erasing it dooms us to repeat it. I am starting to think that there is going to be a massive blow back to all of this soon and I don't mean in the silent majority with their votes in a few months. I am concerned that the REAL white supremacist and neo nazis are planning shit somewhere. I mean, lets be real--racism exists and organizations like the KKK are still out there and my concern is what might be going on behind the scenes while people who really ARE NOT racist are being accused of stuff. You know?
