Just opinion on Trump not pursuing charges on Hillary

People speculate that he won for his stance on the economy.
Some say he won out of fear of war with Russia. I went to his rallies, LOCK HER UP! was the cry that put him in the white house. People did not vote Trump for love of Trump but Hatred, yes Hatred of Hillary.
If he does not pursue charges he will lose 2/3 of his popular support. Everyone I used as a gauge to predict his win is now saying wait and see, maybe he is just saying this to keep Obama from pardoning her. Wait till he is in office, however, down to a person not charging Hillary is a deal breaker.
