Since many black women are typically raised in environments where they have no education and no skills that make them hireable, the only way they can generate government program money is by having babies, which grow up in the same conditions as the mother and the cycle repeats.

This happened because Democrats prefer to hand black communities fish, rather than fishing poles and a place to fish. Democrats love to keep blacks dependent on program money so that they will automatically get those crucial votes Democrats need.

If blacks were educated and had jobs, they wouldn't need the fucking Democrats to hand them free shit for having babies.
