I think that is meant to be a microphone which the card description mentions. In my option the idea of the card is the "pizza" and its "toppings" (code words) are tied to prominent people attending "secret meetings" (aka Pizza-gate), and the participants of the "meetings" are recorded doing their wicked deeds, so that evidence can be used to keep them in line later on (leverage against them if they ever decide not to follow orders).
