Temperature issues do not explain the orb shape. ...and if the ground based software formatting is allegedly to blame then they/he/ NASA didn't explain in any way, how EXACTLY the image can suddenly be transformed into an orb shape. Based on that email response therefore, it is not enough information to negate this being a LEGIT SIGHTING AGAIN. The ORB shape is not explained...especially since the second image and incident differs from the first.
