I don't know jack about chemistry, much less element 115, but even if Lazar is right or wrong, I've seen my share of UFO's that use some kind of advanced propulsion.
Personally, I tend to believe Lazar was at one time sincere, and now he seems to be disconnected from his testimony.....because I believe he now has a business....He doe not need this type of publicity.
Even if we now have element 115, that's still a long way away from interstellar/warp time travel....
All I do know, is what I've seen. UFO's have some way of circumventing Newtonian laws of physics....I've seen so many UFO's that I won't kick a report like this away...
There's an answer out there....There must be.
