I have seen 3 UFO's myself. (with others)
One of them was likely ours...and YUUUUUUGE! stoned
The 2 others were nothing we are capable of building.
Whether they are at Area 51 or not is irrelevant.....they ARE here.

Personally, I believe Antarctica makes more sense as a cooperative base since it is so isolated and hard to get to for 99.9% of humanity.
