I had a friend of 5 years (45 yrs old) die last week from Fentanyl-laced cocaine.

"He was a Zombie, Francis."

Just like zombies, all druggie were someone's baby boy or girl at one time. They all had their 5th birthdays and learned to tie shoes and had dreams of being a princesses or super hero when they grew up. Somewhere in life they got lost and kept going in the wrong direction till it was too late for them to find their way back.

I found my way back luckily. Not many do.

I'm grateful to be clean now for sure. Fentanyl is powerful shit. I read a few months back about fentanyl/benzos going around but laced with coke. Bad news and totally agree with ya OP, addicts need to be careful.. don't be the guinea pig.

Mere living is not important; living correctly is. Some are lost, some find the way back to the path and death waits patiently for all. Such is life.

45 is way to old to be doing hard drugs, people that dont stop die. the ole ticker can only handle so much.

Fentanyl is a schedule 2 narcotic here in the US.

Can't imagine that's a "cheap" solution to use as a cutting agent, in place of the normal methods they use like baby laxative for one.

Then again I dont use drugs, so I really have no knowledge of street methods for cutting drugs.

Anything can kill anyone know a days. Even something bought from the supermarket. It's a crap shoot regardless of how healthy of a lifestyle you might be living. Some might kill you within min and some will kill you in the long run. Do what you love and try to be as safe as possible. But unless you want to live in a bunker by yourself their are dangers every where.

Most of the fentanyl laced drugs we are seeing are all coming from Mexico. Yeah its cheaper to use traditional fillers but these cunts still want you to get high. Sounds like people in Mexico got their hands on a ridiculous amount of Fent. I see why they would put it in H or pills but the cocaine is insane.

To all you "Junkies are this and that" / "just don't do drugs" people .. You haven't a clue about addiction. Not emotional/psychological addition (which all of of have with many aspects of our lives, whether you admit it or not) .. But real physical addition! You see tv and think addicts are junkies, they're low lives, begging or stealing .. Most are not .. and money, well the worse addicts are addicts with money.

What a world we live in!!! You can't even trust a drug trafiker anymore!!

He was a part time recreational user of cocaine at best. He was not a street person with scabs over his body. He owned a house, was a successful tile setter and had lots of friends.

It take an inferior human with no foresight to even try these drugs. Just stupid.

Most of the people selling fent laced drugs are not locals. they setup in a city/town for weeks at a time and then someone else comes and takes their place. Mostly cartel related.

If the average coke dealer had 10 customers and was cutting the coke, there would be a sudden rash of deaths, as in the Dallas incident.

If the average coke dealer had 10 customers and only one died, then it could be just getting rid of a troublesome customer, or getting rid of a customer who was suspected of talking to the police, or some other personal kind of thing.

If the deaths were just here and there, they could also be assassinations since coke is such a social drug anymore. As guests leave a party, the target is gifted a paper (or whatever kind of container) as he leaves. He consumes it the next day or even 2 days later and croaks right there in his own home, or office. It would be pretty hard to trace.

Street drugs have been cut with poison for decades. In the late 60s and 70s they were cutting LSD with strychnine, tiny amounts of it. I don't remember why they were doing it, but there was a lot of bad LSD then.

It has always been a good idea to take a pass on drugs.

The presence of strychnine (a naturally occurring alkaloid) is attributable to the ergots used for production of the lysergic acid precusor and lack of purification processes.

It has never been and will never be a 'cutting' agent.

That is was is nothing but reefer madness propaganda.

It is a very common occurrence in NY.

They have to be legalized in order to avoid these things....

Having access to pure, clean heroin, and clinics where an addicted user can go in, and be safely injected by a nurse is what will prevent this.

Drugs laws are a joke, you will never stop someone from using drugs.


Time for alternative methods.
