Pope Francis compares media focus on scandals to fecal fetish

how on earth would the pope know about fetishes? does the vatican practice fetishes? should the pope even know about these type of fetishes. is he not a man of god? why even use this terminology when talking about people he does not even know. seems rather odd to me. i even wonder if that man respects god. or even if he should be the voice for god, for many many millions of followers.
there is a reason why the vatican is in vatican city. the world smallest country, both in size and population. they have there own laws.
