Guess the idiot didn't know 3 basic rules about a gun...
1). Guns are not toys.
2). Do not under any circumstance handle them after drinking.
3). To unload a semi handgun, you must clear the fing chamber .
Now one guy, possible 2 guys lifes are ruined by pending prison time and one is dead.
Guns don't kill, idiots with guns do.
