Really great fucking point. Just the satanists at it again. The Devil tries to convince everyone he doesn't exist. The state tries to convince everyone they cannot resist. Owen said the pipeline was built in the 1980s and is used to gather oil from nearby oil wells to a collection point." Easy access for sabotage. Too bad it was not 60' underground inside another larger pipe like what will be done near Standing Rock. Last Edited by Copperhead on 12/12/2016 05:08 PM |

This will be conducted third pay although the client might also perform a parallel internal investigation. If it's sabotage they'll determine it as such. That comes under the "other column". They'll look at standard failures: Mechanical failure Corrosion Failure Lightning strike causing grounding induced pitting or holes type failure. Other: Sabotage, car/boat accident, "acts of God". Then they'll use a whole bunch of sciencey stuff like metallurgical tests, corrosion test, electron-microscopic surface observations, material grain structure observations, work hardening and more... The results of the science tests will either support or refute the above failures... this leads to the top most probable cause proved both by supporting evidence and other causes being refuted. Speculate all you want here, "It was the Rothschilds! It was the Indians! It was the BLM! It was the other BLM! No it was the Boogeyman!!!' Be rest assured that the science will come out. And it has to because the CSB, OSHA and probably EPA will demand such and investigation. |

State environmental scientist Bill Suess says a landowner discovered the spill on Dec. 5 near the city of Belfield, which is roughly 150 miles from the epicenter of the Dakota Access pipeline protest camps. Quoting: Anonymous Coward 70064842 The leak was contained within hours of the its discovery, Wendy Owen, a spokeswoman for Casper, Wyoming-based True Cos., which operates the Belle Fourche pipeline, told CNBC. It's not yet clear why electronic monitoring equipment didn't detect the leak, Owen told the Asssociated Press. [link to www.cnbc.com (secure)] Do you mean to say someone sabotaged it and made it to look like the pipeline did it??????? that's normally the case... |

What a tracker does is insert a radioactive instrument "a pig" into a pipe and the oil flow pushes the pig to it's destination. The pig measures pipe wall thickness and the welds. Some pipes run from Canada to Cushing. Anyway, many stateside pipes are almost 100 years old and still moving product. The old pipes have thin walls and the welds were done by hand. The fragility of these pipes means a pig tracking team will scan these pipes every couple of months but the pipe can still fail due to pressure or fatigue. The sabotage theory is good to wank to but the reality is mechanical systems wear out and break down. |
