A warning? Lucid dreamers, help
I've been lurking this site for the past few months and thought maybe you all would be interested in hearing about this strange dream I had. While I am rather skeptical of this being just another mindfuck, I'm concerned enough to want to share it.

Background (feel free to skip):
Years back, I used to research astral projection and lucid dreaming a whole lot. I attempted, but got no where. The last I really looked into astral projection is when I had a lucid dream and tried to go into space (break out of dream bubble, etc.) and I was stopped and told I wasn't ready yet. Fast forward a few years and I was having them fairly regularly. Usually if I researched but sometimes just randomly. I got really good at flying but eventually got bored because people would just disappear, plus my limited ability/creativity. I could never "pop the bubble" so to speak and go somewhere "real"; if that's even a thing to begin with. I still get it now and then randomly without the research of varying degrees of interest and activity. I also occasionally feel I have conversations with real beings but it's rare. Usually nothing negative or the few I have had, I gladly forgot.

Warning dream:
The evening before last, I unintentionally did a wake back to sleep lucid dream. I noticed the clarity was rather good in the beginning (but deminished) and my powers were hightened. I was able to move a house from its foundation, create a hole beneath me, and a bit of manifesting, but not very well haha. That dream ended abrubtly when I was awoken on a couch next to a man I never met. I told me he didn't want to interfere with my lucid dream but needed to tell me about an evil being that was awoken (or activated?) and could possibly sense my energy in the lucid dream. He called this energy my "father". I took it as something between spiritual/creator of the human race type deal. I don't remember the order of the next bit but here is what followed. He asked if I prayed during the lucid dream. I never even thought to do that! I was born Catholic but don't really follow any of that. I enjoy believing in God and Jesus, that's really about it. At some point I asked him if I could fight his, he said yes but asked me how long people of Earth lived. He began telling me (I guess) how to fight this but I got so scared, I began praying which continued into physical reality.

I'm not sure how to take this. My guess is either a) tptb finally figured out how to awaken satan in the Antartica or something, b) I encountered a demon and the prayer got me out of there, or c) literally just a dream. Possibly even just the fear woke me up. I'm no stranger to strong emotion waking me up. I also have a technique where I focus on wiggling my physical eyes which as long as I have access to that memory, pretty much works every time. Also that's been this consistent light in the sky whenever I'm driving home from work (while still mostly light out) that's been giving me a funny feeling.

I hope that wasn't to tl;dr and I can get some good input and discussion. While it's probably (and possibly hopefully) nothing, still might be an interesting read! Thanks.

Wow 2 months and no replies. Well I enjoyed your story, gave me a bit of chills as if I could feel your fear at the moment. Good read, I'm no expert or have a clue on meanings of dreams except that I as well have quite vivid dreams and can recall them quite easily. Cheers.
