Get some food grade peroxide at your health store and dilute it with distilled water.

Put it in a clear sterile spray or dropper bottle put about 1 full dropper or three full pumps of your spray bottle into the cats water.

This will keep your cats healthy and they wont get sick.

The Peroxide adds oxygen to the body killing infections and bacteria.
